Quiet day at the Cleary Household

Well today has been a quiet day at the Cleary Household.

No Football for the middle lad, still waiting for the date of his teams last game for the season.

No youngest son as he was out at a mate’s house all night.

Michele and I pottered about the house in the morning then went off to Costco to stock the freezer. Always the best place for quality and price in our view. Costco always have the best bagels as well. That’s me sorted for breakfast for the next couple of weeks.

We also bought some replacement bulbs for the lamps in the house GU12 bulbs seem to use a lot of energy, so hopefully the new ones will start to save us some money, even though a pair cost us £15 but they are advertised at lasting for approx. 20 years!

Collected the youngest from Wigan where he’d gone with his mates.

Managed to get home for the FA Cup final (Chelsea -v- Liverpool), Chelsea was dominant in the first half and led with a goal from Ramires. Drogba made it 2-0 in the second half. He always seems to score at Wembley. Liverpool brought Andy Carroll on in the second half, and he certainly put himself about. Carroll managed to score, then had a goal saved by Cech even though it’ll cause some debate on whether the whole ball crossed the line or not.

Finally lost the will to live with Google Adsense, looks like many websites are being stopped from using the facility with no explanation why. Your loss Google.

Now sat watching the TV with Michele and the youngest.

Big day tomorrow for the city of Manchester with both Manchester United and Manchester City playing.
