2017 – Phase Three

Since buying the bungalow in 2007 we’ve undertaken some modernisation works to turn a 1960’s bungalow into a modern family home.

Next step along the way was to replace the existing concrete and timber boundary fences with new Pennine Madrid timber panels to two sides of the rear garden. We couldn’t replace the one to the adjoining bungalow as the owners are an un-friendly and troublesome bunch.

Again, we opted to use Ray Buxton from Leigh who was the bricklayer who helped to build the garage for us. He’s a very hardworking & dependable man and it was a pleasure to re-connect with him.
