Skyfall

Friday was the release date for Skyfall the latest James Bond (007) film and it certainly wasn’t a disappointment. Daniel Craig was back for his 3rd outing as the 00 agent James Bond. Skyfall was not better than Casino Royal but was a fair equal to it. Skyfall is a must for all Bond addicts to see and you wont be disappointed.

The youngest and I watched an additional 2 Bonds too this weekend (You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever) and are now back in sync as we had watched On Her Majesty’s Secret Service a couple of weeks ago. We are now on the Roger Moore Bond Films will they be as good as Skyfall? I think not 😉

Michele treat me to the lunch time showing on Saturday where we sat in the VIP seats at Bolton to see Skyfall. We did have the youngest in tow too. The 3 of us were glued to Skyfall from start to finish.

United had a particularly difficult game at Chelsea in the 16:00 game on sunday, however the game got off to a flyer for United as they went 0-2 after 12 minutes. Chelsea managed to get a goal either side of the half time break to make it 2-2. Then they imploded with 1st Ivanovic then Torres both being sent off. Ivanovic was unlucky as it was not cynical but he was last man. Torres was sent off for simulation, whereby he was deemed to have dived. Nice to see a referee being brave enough to do it. United then dictated the pace and managed a goal from Hernandes to make it 2-3. Slight off side but we’ll take it.

The week at work was not a particularly nice one as 2 work colleagues, 1 who I’d worked with for the past 10 years had some terrible news about the death of theirandnbsp;baby daughter. Our thoughts are with the pair of you as you deal with this devastating news.
