We have many Hobbies and Interests as a family and below is a list of the ones we enjoy.
- Manchester United Football Club – I previously had two Season Tickets in the ‘J’ Stand (now known as the North/East Quadrant) since season 1990/91. I got the tickets after many years of attending Old Trafford as and when I could to watch football. I attended with my Uncle Harry for the 1990/91 season but then my children all took it in turns to attend home fixtures with me.
- Football Memorabilia – I have an avid interest in collecting football memorabilia from Manchester United Football Club. The collection includes football programmes, ticket stubs, menu cards, badges, to even the bizarre like Andrei Kanchelskis’s sock tie-ups (collected after the FA Premier League game against West Ham United on Wednesday 1st September 1993, when he was substituted by Bryan Robson).
- Independent Manchester United Supporters Trust (MUST) – I am a paid-up member of MUST and maybe one day the club will be back in the hands of the fans.
- Genealogy – I have started to trace my family history/genealogy and have tried to connect my family roots back to where the family name of CLEARY came from.

- Walking – Walking and hiking—the sheer thought of stepping out into the great outdoors brings a gleam to my eyes and a bounce to my step. Yet, despite my fervor for such escapades, life often plays the cruel joker, withholding the golden ticket to wanderlust. It’s not that Michele, the ruler of my itinerary, forbids it, but the relentless chaos of life makes a leisurely stroll seem as elusive as a unicorn on rollerblades.
- Memories of Timperley – A Facebook group that I am the administrator for. The group was set up in January 2015 with the only intention of bringing together peoples memories and photographs of Timperley Village, Cheshire. We are now a very proud group with over 9K+ members of all ages
